Qbtech provides QbTest, a world leading ADHD test, and QbCheck, the world’s first online professional ADHD test. Both products are FDA cleared and CE market – also a world’s first within ADHD.

This is a key position in a company that is in the forefront of changing the way ADHD is diagnosed and monitored and is changing the lives of many with ADHD. As Head of Development & Technical Support, you will be responsible for IT strategy, internal and external IT, software development, method and process development, you are also in charge of technical support and customer integration. You will lead a team of 5 developers both in-house and in virtual teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible to lead the technical development of Qbtech´s products based on customer needs, medical requirements and commercial opportunities. 
  • You will be responsible for all IT operations which includes support, quality and development of the products, both existing and new products. Your work will be in a close collaboration with the Medical and Commercial departments. 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant university degree. 
  • Approximately 3-5 years’ work experience as technical project manager or release manager with a background as a developer.
  • Preferably certified Scrum Master.
  • Experienced team leader with personnel. 
  • Experience working with client software: Linux, Ubuntu, C++, Java Server Pages, Java, MySQL Chrome/Firefox, Grails (Java), JavaScript, AuroraDB.
  • Experience working with Development tools: Jira/Conflunce, Bitbucket (Git), GoCD (Continuous Integration).

COMPETENCES:

  • Strong competence in project lead within IT. 
  • Preferably certified Scrum Master.
  • Strong ability to shift between strategic and executional areas of work.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally.
  • Strong interest in technology and medicine.
  • Fluent in oral/written Swedish and English
