Partner Sales Specialist

SF Studios, founded in 1919, is one of the world’s oldest film companies and the leading film studio in the Nordic region for production, co-production, acquisition, distribution and international sales of feature films and TV series. SF Studios’ digital services include SF Anytime, the leading video-on-demand service in the Nordic and Baltic countries, and the streaming service SF Kids Play. The Partner Sales Specialist will play a central and strategic part in the Nordic organization’s development as they are going through a phase of growth and are focusing on expanding their digital services and concepts, especially over-the-top content (OTT). The position will belong to SF Studios’ business area Digital Services whose main focus is to deliver and develop attractive and easily accessible digital services and concepts to our end-consumers. SF Studios’ digital services are delivered through their own B2C services as well as through partners (B2B, e.g. Nordic and Baltic TV-operators). At present, our main OTT services are the growing SF Anytime and the recently launched SVOD service, SF Kids Play. 

In this role you will ensure that we maximize sales and reach for their digital services and concepts through various partnerships in the Nordic market.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for driving sales and customer recruitment through partnership for our OTT services, today SF Kids Play and SF Anytime, in the Nordic market. 
  • Responsible for attracting potential, and managing existing, partnerships. Manage sales of vouchers through existing partners and potential customers.
  • In a proactive and cost effective manner create, initiate and follow-up sales activities and campaigns with partners for our OTT services to drive sales growth, profitability, as well as to support brand awareness.
  • Analyze and fulfill commercial negotiations and contract writing.
  • Coordinate with local sales offices in order to establish local partnerships and special sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for reporting correct sales numbers and prognosis as well as dedicated budget for vouchers and OTT partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Positive and structured person with a “follow the money” attitude that loves to negotiate and create win-win situations with partners from all types of industries.
  • Constantly explores and evaluate new ways to form partnerships and strategic alliances with existing and potential partners.
  • Proven track-record of driving sales and strategic partnership in the Nordics.
  • Experience from commercial negotiations and contract writing.
  • Experience from the digital media and/or film industry is advantageous, but not a must.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage different levels of key stakeholders.
  • A proven track-record of driving sales in a partner driven business in the Nordics and experience from commercial negotiations.
