We are looking for a sales-driven and business-savvy Country Manager to join Nabobil and lead their expansion in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for sales and operations within Stockholm and surrounding areas. You will own the market with a primary focus on scalable operations, local marketing growth, sales growth on the supply side and community building. This role reports directly to the CEO of Nabobil.

You must also be entrepreneurial, meaning someone who gets things done, who sets ambitious goals for him/herself and goes that extra mile to achieve them. As the first employee of Nabobil in Sweden the initial focus will be signing partners and dealing with ad-hoc practicalities. In the long term you will build a supply and an operation that will increase the use of Nabobil in Sweden.

Main responsibility:

  • Successfully launch Nabobil
  • Build a local organization – recruit primarily Account Executives 
  • Adapt the product to local market
  • Set up and implement a marketing & PR strategy
  • Brand awareness and activate users
  • Working closely with the CEO to track and review performance and KPI

Profile:

  • Relevant academic education, from e.g. Economics & Business Administration and Management
  • Minimum five years of operations experience and business development
  • Two years experience of project management and leadership
  • Meritorious with experience from a startup
  • Analytical and data driven
  • Independent thinker, strategizer and problem solver
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is a must
