Susanna has a solid commercial and entrepreneurial leadership background from Executive Search, Sales, Talent Management, HR-tech and Consulting. After several years as President Nova Denmark and VP in the Nova Network corporations, Susanna together with Kristina founded Head Agent which today has grown to Head Agent Executive Search, Head Agent Executive Interim, Head Agent Talent Acquisition and Head Agent Tech.. Susanna is primarily operational in the board, but is still active in client relations and board recruitment.

Kristina has a solid commercial background within HR, leadership, Executive Search, sales, talent management and consulting. Her career started off as Head of HR at Dicentia and later within pharma as HR manager Nordics at Orion Pharma. After several year as Head of Recruitment at Nova Networks Susanna and Kristina founded Head Agent, which today has grown to Head Agent Executive Search, Head Agent Executive Interim, Head Agent Talent Acquisition and Head Agent Tech. Kristina is primarily operational in the board.

Education: B.Sc. Service Management &  B.Sc. Commercial Law, Lund University
Background: Previous experience from sales and service industry.
Head Agent: Works mainly with roles within marketing, sales, finance and supply chain. Often in the retail industry. Additionally, Pontus is responsible for the business area Your Agent.

Background: Multiple years of experience from purchasing and sales from retail.
Head Agent: Since 2013 active within Executive Search assignments and partner at Head Agent. Today responsible for Interim Management, through Head Agent Executive Interim with an emphasis on commercial roles.

Karin has solid experience from retail where she, amongst other responsibilities, have worked with competence and organizational development, marketing communications, business development and change management. Since 2013 active within Executive Search and has vast experience from CEO and Board recruitment, general management and commercial roles.

Background: Multiple years of experience from marketing, CRM, brand and business development within FMCG and media industry.
Head Agent: Andrea delivers primarily on Executive Search assignments and Second Opinion. Works primarily with roles within business development and marketing.

Background: 25 years of experience from leading positions within sales.
Head Agent: Jesper delivers primarily on Executive Search assignments and is responsible for a team of Search Consultants. Works mainly with leadership roles within sales, marketing, digital business development and e-commerce.

Background: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce roles in several industries.
Head Agent: Cecilia delivers primarily on Executive Interim assignments within e-commerce, digital, marketing and sales.

Education: B.Sc. Logistics Service Management, Lund University.
Background: Previous experience from the service industry and most recently on-site talent acquisition recruiting within the fintech-sphere.
Head Agent: Works with on-site talent acquisition through the business area Your Agent.

Education: B.Sc. Media and Communications, Högskolan Jönköping
Background: Previous experience from sales, project management and recruitment.
Head Agent: Previously Search Consultant and Senior Search Associate, with good experiences from leadership roles within marketing, sales and executive management.

Background: 20+ years´ of experience within marketing, brand building, business transformation and leadership in the media industry.
Head Agent: Jessica delivers primarily on Executive Search assignments with roles within marketing, branding and communication.
