Head of Brand

Vizrt is a clear market leader in content production tools, asset management and distribution tools for the media and entertainment industry. It is ranked among the most innovative companies in the broadcast industry and provides real-time 3D graphics, video playout, studio automation, sports analysis, journalist story tools, and asset management tools. Vizrt’s management team as well as Nordic Capital as owners see great potential for future profitable growth in the core business as well as expanding further into new customer segments.

The ambition ahead is therefore to strengthen the brand and develop communications on all platform through content and storytelling. Future focus is in the areas of brand strategy as well as E-commerce.

As a next step on this journey Vizrt is now looking for a Head of Brand who will develop the brand. Are you driven by brand strategies and communication? Are you also interested in technology and enjoying innovative and like fast-moving contexts? Are you a strong leader with a business mindset? As a Head of Brand, you will work to raise the strategic level of communication and branding. You will be a part of a marketing team consisting of 18 skilled individuals. Today several of the marketing functions are located in Bergen, Norway, and some representatives are in New York, London and Bangkok. Since the company is international some travels are included in the role. You will report to Chief Marketing Officer who is placed in Stockholm.


  •        Responsibility for brand strategy and implementation. 

  •        Drive different types of brand projects internally. 

  •        Responsibility for storytelling, customer insight and visual identity. 

  •        Responsible for all external partnerships and agencies. 

  •        Continuously analyze and follow up the brand. 

  •        Responsible for the budget. 

  •        Responsible for set goals and achieving KPIs. 

  •        Lead marketing team in daily work and projects. 


  •        About 10 years of communication and brand experience. 

  •        Good experience with analysis/customer insights. 

  •        Experience from media/PR agency is a merit. 

  •        Experience or interest in leadership. 

  •        Experience of brand strategy and implementation. 

  •        God experience of content, storytelling, customer insight and visual identity. 

  •        Overall technical understanding. 

  •        Relevant academic background.
