We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced web analyst to join our new agile marketing teams. You will play an important role in our ambitious digitalization journey where we see data and analytics as a core enabler. Our mission is to turn our digital channels into major sales, service and user engagement channels.
As Web analyst you will analyze and optimize our marketing and sales campaigns towards both new and existing customers. You will work as part of agile teams with specialists from marketing, sales, product, analytics, content, design and CRM. You will also collaborate closely with your peers in web analytics and with colleagues responsible for web development, UX, SEO, CRO etc. – all working on our common agenda to significantly increase our share of digital sales, service and user engagement.
You will act both as a specialist representing your own area of expertise, and as a team member who defines hypotheses and executes, analyzes and optimizes campaigns and other sales initiatives together with the other specialists in your team. Your primary focus is to provide actionable insights from marketing and sales funnel analysis and to suggest and follow up improvement initiatives and experiments. You will get the chance to work with large volumes of traffic and customer data as well as the opportunity to work with premium tools like Google Analytics 360, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and tools from Telenor Group’s own AdTech company Tapad. Since we work with fast iterations and experiments, you will be able to quickly go from analysis to hypothesis and execution.
