Business Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for you who have a strong drive, analytic skills and strong business acumen.

You will work on challenging and analytical tasks closely linked to the core of our business, the customer value proposition and pricing. In the development of our next generation of customer proposition, you will play a key role across all Nordic markets, lead and coordinate stakeholders through the organization and defining and analyzing business cases. Placement in Stockholm with some travel required within Sweden and occasionally within Europe. 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an insight driven customer proposition through close interaction with sales channel
  • Owner of the financial profitability models for managing our sales channels
  • Analyze and fine tune commission schemes in all sales channels
  • Commercial product management on behalf of Nordic markets
  • Responsible for structure and coordinating competitor insights involving stakeholders from all part of the organization
  • Plan, coordinate and execute campaign agenda
  • Support with analysis, business cases, business development tasks and project management on a needs basis

Your Experiences and Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience after graduation
  • Preferably from a business development position in a consumer goods/services company, management consulting firm or from an earlier management trainee position
  • Experience from quantitative problem solving and analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Fluent in Swedish and English required
