Nordic Commercial Strategy Manager

As Nordic Commercial Strategy Manager at Perrigo Nordic (formerly known as ACO Hud) you will be the owner of the OTC and Lifestyle commercial strategies for the entire Nordics. You will be an instrumental part in step changing the work Perrigo are doing together with their customers in driving the categories they play in and the new categories they enter. Perrigo are looking for a driven top talent with a passion for making a difference by building and growing categories.

The ambition for the right candidate is to start in this role and to further grow and develop into other roles within Perrigo, in the Nordics or internationally.


You will:

  • Be the owner for the Nordic commercial strategies for the OTC and Lifestyle brands
  • Act as a catalyst, adding value to the marketing and sales teams by delivering strong commercial analyses and strategies
  • Develop Commercial Strategies based on category, customer and shopper data analysis and insights
  • Define the winning commercial conditions and sales fundamentals
  • Ensure optimal go to market model by ensuring the commercial factors are addressed
  • Create compelling and engaging stories to secure commercial success
  • Identify commercial opportunities based on customer and shopper insights


  • +3 years proven commercial track record -preferably from FMCG – (e.g. Sales (KAM), Category Manager or Marketing roles)
  • Relevant academic background
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Driven, creative and passionate with a commitment to develop and delivering results
  • Able to take ownership and independently and proactive from a strategic point drive the OTC and Lifestyle brands
  • Excellent communications and storytelling skills
  • ·Big picture orientation with attention to details
  • Analytical mindset with passion for data
  • Problem solving skills and a team player
  • Fluent in English, oral and written (English is the official corporate language)
