Key Account Manager Denmark

The Distributor & Export Business Unit is in charge of the Kraft Heinz business in more than 20 markets, amongst which the Nordics, Baltics, Hungary, Czech, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Israel and others. It is a growth engine of Kraft Heinz’s EMEA region with its fast-developing business and aggressive year over year growth targets. About the Position.

The Key Account Manager for Denmark is responsible for driving customer growth (sales and profitability) for the company in the Danish Market. The primary responsibility will be the delivery of an area business development plan and achievement of challenging growth targets. The main tasks include:

  • Responsibility for defined own key accounts including negotiation of national contracts and fulfillment on customer level.
  • Continuous analysis, KPI-reporting and suggesting actions on identified risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare customer plans and presentations and implement tools to improve customer relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing and revenue management on the execution of promotional activities.
  • Work with field sales force to drive and execute instore promotion, visibility and most efficient assortment.
  • Participate in creation of strategy regarding clients and sales channels.
  • Negotiate listing of new launched products.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast.
  • Recognize sales opportunities and liaise with appropriate colleagues to grow the wider business.
  • Develop the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreement, pricing, NPD listings, promo investments). 

The Key Account Manager will report directly to the Commercial Head for Sweden and Denmark and the office is located in Malmö.

Your qualifications.

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales in a similar position in FMCG or Foodservice sector
  • Very good English and Danish skills
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint)
