A Day’s March is a Swedish menswear label founded in 2014 by Marcus Gårdö, Pelle Lundquist and Stefan Pagreus. We offer clean-cut basics and wardrobe staples of the highest quality, at a friendly price. Our name, A Day’s March, comes from an old military term referring to how far an army could move in a single day. Head of E-commerce

Are you a person who loves business, strives to develop the brand forward, and thrives in a dynamic and creative environment where you will contribute with your analytical skills? In this role you will have the overall responsible for strategy, tactics and day to day management for online sales and traffic acquisition including performance and budget. Team manager and reporting to CEO.

Main areas of responsibilities:

Product owner of website;

  • Prioritising & driving development – main contact with developer agency
  • Define requirements on development
  • UI& UX ( in collaboration with internal designers) to secure user experience
  • Managing and secure development delivery from A to B

Traffic acquisition;

  • Channels strategy and tactics for traffic acquisition
  • Traffic acquisition from paid channels (SEM, Social, Display, programmatic, affiliates)
  • Optimisation of paid traffic
  • Main contact and steering agencies

Customer retention;

  • Customer segmentation and attribution
  • Campaign and email strategy towards existing customers
  • Loyalty and Service program formulation

Follow- up, Analysis & Target setting;

  • Analysis & performance
  • Development improvements based on analysis & data
  • Forecasting analysis
  • Target setting
  • Team leadership and development

Requirements and personal qualities;

  • Online marketing ecosystem
  • Traffic generation and online marketing channels strategies
  • Analytics, performance and follow up
  • Content management system and web development
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Email and campaign management
  • Experience in tools (Google Analytics, Data studios, AdWords, Tag manager, Google optimize, Search Console, Facebook business manager)
