Marketing Manager

About the Position

The Marketing Manager for Business Unit Footwear & Dunderdon is a key player in our continued growth journey. You are up to date with the latest technologies and the future of marketing. You will build the brand strategy for premium brands Solid Gear and Dunderdon, plus potential acquisitions. You will work closely with our sales force and product development teams as well as the inhouse marketing team that is supporting all Business Units. You report to the Business Unit Head and the position is placed in Täby.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compelling brand strategies
  • Lead all digital marketing activities to:
  • Increase brand awareness and attractiveness
  • Create strong CTAs to bring in high quality sales leads
  • Secure high e-shop conversion rates
  • Ensure consistent external communication
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver content marketing including landing pages, info-graphics, videos, blogs, press releases, newsletters etc.
  • Establish and execute the inbound marketing strategy across channels (SoMe/web/e-mail/sms)
  • Improve SEO
  • Develop campaigns together with main wholesaler accounts
  • Measure performance according to KPIs and demonstrate ROI on brand, sales and profit targets

  • Preferably a university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a similar position, with solid track record of brand building and positioning.
  • Understanding of data and analytics-driven marketing and communications technology with proven results from inbound marketing.
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
  • A person located in, or willing to relocate to, Stockholm, Sweden.
  • Interest in retail and digital media.
