Senior Brand Manager

Role Description.

In the position as Sr Brand Manager your main focus is to build the brand equity of the Tegera and Jalas product through collaborating/driving a cross functional team with different inhouse departments. You report directly to the Marketing Director. In more detail your main focus is to be:

  • Responsible for optimal market planning and implementation of strategic marketing activities.
  • Responsible for managing the Sr Brand management team by providing leadership, direction on all key initiatives.
  • Partner with our digital team to plan and execute all Ejendals digital presence, (Web, SEO/SEM, CRM, marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns).
  • Responsible to increase customer base and sales through Omni channel activities and presence, with this also increase lead and revenue through Omni channel presence.
  • Responsible for the unit´s digital expertise and ability is correct and based on Ejendals needs and market requirements.
  • Responsible for delivering the secured KPI:s in personal performance plan.

Traveling is a part of the job as a Sr. Brand Manager and is estimated to be up to 30 %/annually. The role is based i Leksand.


It is required to have a university degree in Marketing or equivalent. You need to have documented work experience in international Brand Mgmt/Marketing and preferable over 10 years work experience within marketing. In the position as Sr. Brand Manager you need to be fluent in English. Swedish is also preferable and additional language skills. A basic knowledge in Office 365 is required as well as good knowledge working with Social media.

You need to have a high strategic ability and also be an enthusiastic, driven person who is solution focused and proactive. Due to the position demanding a close collaboration with other departments and external partners, you need to be a strong communicator and a team player. A leadership mentality is required since different projects will continuously be ongoing and also demand of you to be both flexible and structured.
