We are now looking for a Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations. We offer a challenging and dynamic role in a growth company with the opportrunity to build and lead a global demand generation team, evolve Sinch’s marketing operations and play a crucial role in the creation of a new marketing organization. This role reports directly to the CMO.

What you’ll do

  • Creation and execution of Sinch’s demand generation strategy and customer acquisition framework and KPIs in alignment with business goals, working toward a scalable attribution model.
  • Own and develop Sinch’s marketing technology stack 
  • Hire, train and lead a team of demand generation and marketing ops specialists across performance marketing, SEO, marketing automation, conversion optimization and website design
  • Collaborate with sales (Enterprise / Inside) and product leaders and teams to deliver specific programs, SLAs and lead funnels 
  • Collaborate with your peers in Content & Product Marketing, Growth and Brand and Communications to ensure the overall marketing objectives are met

Who you are

  • Experienced leader in global demand generation and marketing operations – 7+ years
  • Hands on experience of Account Based Marketing, SMB lead generation and online self service SaaS
  • Hands on experience and knowledge of driving results through a comprehensive mix of marketing automation, performance marketing, SEO, website conversion optimization etc
  • Experience of driving growth at a high growth global SaaS or software organization
  • Experience of achieving results through leading marketing automation (Pardot Har, Lead RX Har, Marketo, Hubspot etc), CRM (Salesforce), Analytics & Atribution (Google Analytics, HotJar, Bizible etc) and other marketing technology tools,
  • Experienced at collaborating across functional and regional business units to achieve results
  • A team player who can work both strategically and tactically, who is full of energy and eager for a new and exciting challenge
