About the job

You will be part of our Group Brand & Marketing team which is part of the CEO Office. As part of the team you will work as a strategic advisor to other internal experts cross markets, disciplines and different fields of expertise such as marketing, sales managers, PR, social media, UX-design and other areas of our organisaiton.

The primary task is develop, translate and visualize business strategies into well-crafted execution ideas and present them clearly and effective to external and internal stakeholders on all levels of our organisation. This role balances creative, data driven and strategic thinking to support development and execution of strategies that build trust, drive customer growth, improve our brand’s positioning and ultimately generate revenue.

Group Brand is responsible for and Management and Brand Identity and you will be part of our Brand Management team. Your focus will be to lead strategic initiatives and drive own projects to create a consistent, attractive and differentiating brand experience in order to create trust and liking in our brand.

The work requires holistic and strategic experience and capability, but there are also operational tasks that you will perform as our team is responsible for creating inspiring frameworks, guidelines, best-practice illustrations, digital brand assets to our brand portal and executing training sessions etc.

You are skilled and experiences in facilitating creative workshops with different target groups on executive management and employee level. To leverage output and to summarize complex discussions into conclusions that are concrete, easy to grasp and that bring clarity in way forward is a central part of the job.

Our challenge is to create engagement and understanding in how to build a unified and strong brand experience in all our markets defined by different local prerequisites in a landscape shaped by digitalization and increased competition from new market players.

What you need to succeed

  • A true passion and capability to translate business strategies to brand related assets and vice versa, that creates clarity and engagement internally. 
  • You have a holistic and truly creative mind-set focused on creating customer and business value through an attractive and coherent brand experience.
  • Your holistic thinking makes your ideas and concepts applicable on all touch-points digital and physical.
  • You have experience in successfully visualizing complex business and brand strategies to something that is inspirational, easy to understand, actionable and brings customer value.
  • Your way of working is driven by insights to consumer behavior and you are constantly monitoring innovation and new research, with ability to share and apply knowledge to support our Business in delivering brilliant customer solutions.
  • The role demands strong project leadership skills. Ability to work together cross disciplines and to build strong relationships and collaborations within our company, both at the managerial level and amongst employees is a key prerequisite.
  • To advise and guide projects to unexpected and creative solutions.
  • You have the ability to visualize and make the complex simple, inspirational and understandable to a large audience.
  • Conceptualizing innovative ideas in and creating material to support internal anchoring in an engaging and convincing manner.
  • To facilitate feedback with positive attitude and assuring relevant input is captured and validated in a structured way for further development and implementation.
  • As a person you have a truly collaborative mind-set, you are self-going and keep excellent qualities in your deliveries.
  • You enjoy being on stage presenting strategies and frameworks to inspire and guiding targeted audiences.
  • To communicate effortlessly in English, in written and verbal is a natural part of your daily job. 
  • As a person you are a curious, prestige less, team player, with a positive and service-minded way of thinking.
  • Experience from working at a creative agency is an advantage.
