You will be part of our Group Brand & Marketing team which is part of the CEO Office. As part of the team you will work as a strategic advisor to other internal experts cross markets, disciplines and different fields of expertise such as marketing, sales managers, PR, social media, UX-design and other areas of our organisaiton.
The primary task is develop, translate and visualize business strategies into well-crafted execution ideas and present them clearly and effective to external and internal stakeholders on all levels of our organisation. This role balances creative, data driven and strategic thinking to support development and execution of strategies that build trust, drive customer growth, improve our brand’s positioning and ultimately generate revenue.
Group Brand is responsible for and Management and Brand Identity and you will be part of our Brand Management team. Your focus will be to lead strategic initiatives and drive own projects to create a consistent, attractive and differentiating brand experience in order to create trust and liking in our brand.
The work requires holistic and strategic experience and capability, but there are also operational tasks that you will perform as our team is responsible for creating inspiring frameworks, guidelines, best-practice illustrations, digital brand assets to our brand portal and executing training sessions etc.
You are skilled and experiences in facilitating creative workshops with different target groups on executive management and employee level. To leverage output and to summarize complex discussions into conclusions that are concrete, easy to grasp and that bring clarity in way forward is a central part of the job.
Our challenge is to create engagement and understanding in how to build a unified and strong brand experience in all our markets defined by different local prerequisites in a landscape shaped by digitalization and increased competition from new market players.
