EF is looking for a talented Global Director of Digital Employer Branding for EF RED; an EF Education Department dedicated to manage people and talent, driving business, building relationships and strengthen the EF brand.
Talent recruitment is a top priority for EF and we are constantly searching for outstanding and passionate people to join our worldwide team. You and your team will be based in Stockholm, but will be part of a team in London and work centrally with all 16 of EF’s business divisions.
The main focus will be on creating and executing a digital plan (social media, email marketing, etc.) and platform for EF RED, and to work with the brand identity and branding campaigns.
The role is responsible for overseeing the investment and return of digital advertising across different channels such as search engines, display network and social media with the goal of optimizing ROI performance.
