Global Director of Digital Employer Branding

EF is looking for a talented Global Director of Digital Employer Branding for EF RED; an EF Education Department dedicated to manage people and talent, driving business, building relationships and strengthen the EF brand.

Talent recruitment is a top priority for EF and we are constantly searching for outstanding and passionate people to join our worldwide team. You and your team will be based in Stockholm, but will be part of a team in London and work centrally with all 16 of EF’s business divisions.

The Role.

The main focus will be on creating and executing a digital plan (social media, email marketing, etc.) and platform for EF RED, and to work with the brand identity and branding campaigns.

The role is responsible for overseeing the investment and return of digital advertising across different channels such as search engines, display network and social media with the goal of optimizing ROI performance.

What you will do.

  • Set vision, strategy and execution plans for the EF RED global digital platform
  • Develop and manage a digital marketing plan (social media, content, email, search. Etc.), including budgeting, executing, reporting and analysis
  • Develop and manage relationships with digital agencies
  • Establish employer brand positioning and campaigns based on target audience insights and work closely with the global creative teams
  • Position EFas a top-of-mind employer among the most talented business undergraduates in Europe

Who you are.

  • 8+ years of professional experience, ideally from an international environment
  • Experience in brand-building and lead acquisition marketing
  • Digital marketing background
  • Ideally experience with employment branding
  • Experience building and maintaining activity plans and budgets
  • Experience developing and executing successful in-house and agency-led full-life-cycle multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Leadership experience in building and leading global teams
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, be able to collaborate with different stakeholders globally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
