Marketing Activation Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Marketing Activation Manager for Paulig. You will own the Swedish Brand Activation plan for the Santa Maria Brand in the categories Flavoring and Asia and develop the strategy and structure to implement and follow up the same. You will be part of a cross-functional team, where an interaction between sales, supply and marketing is a prerequisite for winning the market. 

To succeed in this role, we require that you have a solid marketing experience. As a person you are analytical and insight-based, at the same time as you creatively translate your analysis to tactical Brand Activation plans.

Main responsibilities.

  • Developing and implementing the local Brand Activation Plan – we live close to our customers as well as our consumer
  • Ensure that we run our 4P in the best way, including optimized range and product mix
  • Set clear demands and expectations internally and against agencies and ensure best execution of Brand Activation
  • Ensuring that shopper marketing, sales and store materials lay the foundation for profitable development for our customers as well as for Paulig.
  • Responsible for successful launches of concepts and products according to central brand guidelines
  • Sharing and coordinating “Best Practices” between the markets for mutual success
  • Creating structure and follow-up including budget, CPI (value, volume, price, market shares etc. via reports from eg Nielsen, POS and P&L)

Previous experience and competences.

  • University degree in marketing
  • Great commercial understanding, with experience from both sales and marketing roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG, of which about 3 years in Brand Management / Activation
  • Experience of working in different analysis and business systems, Nielsen knowledge is a requirement
  • Speaks and writes fluently in English and Swedish

The position is a temporary post of approximately 1 year, is located at Paulig Swedish office in Solna, Stockholm and you report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager Sweden.
