Group Customer Value Management (GCVM) is responsible for strengthening customer loyalty through proactive, relevant and tailored offers based on insights from customer behavior, propensity models, channel interactions and other data sources.
As Head of Customer Value Communication Private you will be reporting to Head of Customer Value Communication. We have been/are building up capabilities to Next Best Actions based on real time decisoning in an omnichannel context and you will ensure that we have a customer centric approach to deliver customer and business value through these capabilities.
· Carrying out Swedbank Sweden Private yearly 1-2-1 Marketing Plan and fulfill targets in the Sales, Service and Loyalty areas
· Ensure an efficient Way of Working for automated data driven customer interactions and decrease time to market
· Implementing and optimizing communication for customer journeys and adapt to life event scenarios
· Leading and supporting your team
· Stakeholder management
· Ensuring compliant personal data usage
You are passionate about creating customer value and have a solid background in relationship marketing with understanding and ability to find the right balance between customer needs and business goals. You have experience leading teams focusing on data driven automated campaign management, preferably in the finance industry. You know how to drive transformation, utilize analytics, decreasing campaign time to market as well as increase creativity. You are self-motivated and results-driven; dedicated to deliver high quality.
You have good leadership skills and understanding of how to reach the goal in a line organization and how to work through others in a matrix organization. You are motivated by supporting and developing your team. As a person you are prestigious less with the ability to understand how your deliverables fit into the overall picture.
Being fluent in Swedish, both written and oral, as well as experience from automated campaign management (preferably Pega Marketing) is a must.
