Senior Manager – Digital Transformation

Digital Banking is the most exciting place to be in Swedbank right now, with the responsibility for customer experience, innovation, development and maintenance of our channels and tools used in customer meetings. The organization consists of around 1,200 employees spread over all our home markets. We are a rapidly growing division and one of the most strategically important areas of the bank, being the main driving force in establishing an agile and customer centric development culture.

About the function

The Digital Transformation Analysis team supports our group senior management to set the strategic directions for Swedbank’s future digital development. The team, consisting of ten senior digital strategy professionals and transformation managers, supports Swedbank´s agile journey with analysis and advice in assignments each having a great potential to affect the direction of the banks digital services to create loyal and satisfied customers.

Role description

We are looking for a highly motivated digital strategy professional to help us create great digital financial services for our customers. Are you the digital forward-thinker, passionate about driving digital transformation, that we are looking for?

As part of the Digital Transformation Analysis team you will be responsible to drive insight and recommend changes to our business and product development roadmaps. In your role you will be responsible for:

  • Structuring analysis and driving case solutions to complex business problems.
  • Supporting Digital Banking management and other stakeholders with analysis on how to further improve Swedbank´s strong position in our home markets.
  • Being part of teams that work on setting area strategies and roadmaps.
  • Conduct competitive and trend analysis to evaluate changes needed to our current roadmaps and our digital channels.
  • Identify and analyze investment needs and opportunities related to development of our value streams.

Qualifications and competence

  • 4-5 years prior experience within the management consultancy-field, primarily within strategy/or industry experience with a strategic centric focus.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to drive a case requiring complex strategic analysis.
  • You are forward-thinking in digital transformation with strong interest about global trends and changes to customer behavior.
  • You are interested in exploring how new technologies can be applied by the bank and what future digital services that can strengthen the bank’s position.
  • You have the ability to tell a story and contextualize complex challenges into an understandable narrative and develop warm stakeholder relationships.

Personal qualifications

  • High delivery capacity with analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with English being a requirement and were Swedish is an advantage.
  • High ability to maintain a constant drive and a positive attitude towards other colleagues and senior stakeholders.
