About the Role.

We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our SMB sales team – someone who does this with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there. You’ll work closely with operations, account management and marketing to support processes that scale and innovate Uber Eats sales from the ground up. The role is located in Stockholm and you’ll report to Country Lead Sweden.

Job Description.

  • Sales management: Manage and cultivate highly successful and engaged sales representatives who make things happen. Coach, monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance of individuals on your teams
  • Best-in-class sales: Drive your teams towards short and long-term market goals for your country, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there
  • Team leadership: Create an incredible culture in your team centered on customer focus, passion for Uber Eats restaurants, and achieving the best possible results
  • Strategic alignment: Collaborate closely with country leadership and operations to ensure your team is meeting the growth objectives for the region. Be a strategic thought partner in regards to sales, restaurant partnerships and local restaurant acquisition
  • Regional collaboration: Collaborate closely with regional sales operations to analyze results and see opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs

Requirements.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, marketing, or relevant sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of proven leadership and staff development skills, including building and managing a team
  • Demonstrated ability to train and guide sales teams in selling techniques, and ability to develop and motivate a sales team
  • Experience from a high-growth SaaS or tech company preferred, or deep understanding of SaaS products
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, Master’s Degree a plus
  • Native/fluent in Swedish and English
  • Passionate about technology, and excited about Uber Eats prospects for the future and a believer in the value that Uber Eats brings to our cities
