We are a fast growing company with very ambitious plans for the future. We’ve currently reached a point where we need to further optimize our operations, making our business even smoother and efficient so that the we can continue to grow and develop as a company. We are therefore looking for a COO that can strengthen our management team and be a part of scaling our business.

The role is based out of our HQ in Stockholm and will be reporting to the company CEO.

Main responsibility

As a part of &frankly’s Management team, you’re a key resource in shaping our future strategies for growth. Your main responsibility as COO is the make these happen in the organisation, leading the execution of our ambitious plans.That includes overseeing business operations with responsibility for the commercial side of the business (the Sales, Marketing and Customer success management teams) with 3 direct reports.

An essential part of optimizing our operations and your mission as COO is also to establish a scalable organisation and build robust processes for growth; ensuring both strong collaboration between departments and business results.Our new COO will be the second in command and go-to person when the CEO is unavailable. Related to that, you are expected to support the CFO and CEO with financial planning, budgeting, follow up, etc.

Appropriate experience

  • MSc / MBA in business administration or relevant field
  • Previous COO background, or similar experience, i.e. proven competence in running operations management, building processes, routines and structure (could be as a management consultant)
  • Proven leadership acumen, i.e. management responsibility for 5+ years 
  • Experience from scaling a company from a management perspective; ideally from a start-up perspective with its challenges and opportunities
  • Experience from working with B2B Sales; preferably led sales teams at some point in your career
  • International experience, e.g. global expansion is a merit
