We are helping our customer, a multinational company within the energy industry, to find a candidate to a key position in which you will play a central role in the company´s digital transformation the coming years.
- Develop our Digital Services & innovation
- Enhance our strategy for digital services and set and develop a clear portfolio of new digital services.
- Manage development of ideas into MVP’s and scalable services into full production. From idea to project to business.
- Together with your digital peers in Digital Commerce & CX and Marketing, co-lead digital customer behaviour and customer journey activities.
- Develop our new digital services business
- New business development: drive our new digital services to mature business incl. new business ventures.
- Drive go to market of our digital services business with and through our Marketing and Sales organization.
- Develop eco-system and partnering
- Identify partners and build new services and business with e.g. start-ups, platform providers, product suppliers, energy tech and other.
- Build partner relationship with providers of digital services to complement our portfolio.
- Establish digital partnerships with energy product suppliers and others.
- Drive and own Digital Service Delivery, Customer lifecycle and success
- Product owner for our digital services and portfolio, develop according to set roadmap and strategy.
- Proactively drive work to digitalize and automate our digital services and operations
- Develop and tirelessly enhance the customer journey for our digital services.
- Manage our Digital Services end to end – take it from seed to main business and achieved targets Manage delivery, the customer journey and success and support for our Digital Services.
- Digital leadership – contribute to the digital transformation
- Lead our small but dedicated team for Digital Services: high performing, data driven, customer centric, agile and lean.
- Engage, act and lead within our Digital & IT units and broader organization to achieve our digital transformation, be a thought leader.
- Be an active part in developing strategies, targets and roadmaps for Digital & IT.

- University degree in technology, business or related.
- 7+ years experience working with digital innovation, digital service development/operations, business development.
- Proven track record of taking ideas to concepts and turn into real business.
- Experience in delivery of digital services and operations – ability to.
- Recognized as a strong people leader, experience of leading both direct reports, project teams and other teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence customers, peers, and stakeholders.
A big plus, you will stand out from the crowd if you have:
- Experience from working as an intrapreneur at a corporation, with/at a tech start-up, and/or at a tech / SaaS company.
- Experience from working in all three phases of digital services: development / innovation, business build/development, and delivery / customer success.
