Perrigo Nordic is now looking for a Commercial Category Manager to join the Commercial Strategy & Implementation (CS&I) team at the Stockholm office. This role will speak to someone commercially minded, ambitious and analytically strong and will provide you with an opportunity to work with leading brands, have a real commercial impact, and drive strategic Shopper Based Design-projects from idea to execution. Are you a motivated individual with a commercial and strategic mindset who has experience from driving sales on brands and product within the consumer goods industry, then you are the one we are looking for!

Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic category expert for the Perrigo portfolio in the Nordics, combining data and insights to develop and execute strategies and projects with customers that improve our sales fundamentals in-store and online. I.e. improve share of shelf, quality of shelf, promotional visibility or SKU optimization. Relevant brands: ACO, Plackers, Bronwel, Physiomer, Nezeril and more. Relevant categories: Skincare, Oral Care, Cough & Cold and more.
  • Strategic category management and category analysis that enable close collaboration and joint value creation between Perrigo and our customers. Including space management and planogram recommendations.
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders from sales and marketing to capture any opportunities to leverage Shopper Based Design-principles in commercial strategy, initiative management or business planning.
  • Development and deployment of shelving/planogramming principles for key categories that enable improved navigation and shoppability.
  • Lead prioritized category projects to improve sales fundamentals, including in-dept analysis of several data sources, close collaboration with external stakeholder and recommendation of efficient assortment and optimized shelving principles.

Relevant experience

  • 2-3 years experience from relevant industry.
  • Experience from category, space management or sales.
  • Bachelors degree within business, economics or marketing.
  • High level knowledge of excel and analytical excellence.
