Performance Marketing Manager

At Bauer OCP (online comparison platforms) we identify the best financial solutions for our customers. We create the overview and understanding that is often lost in the complicated financial jungle. We are the customers advisor when they take lifelong decisions on loans and mortgages. We don’t have a stake in what product the customers choose but we enable them to choose the product that is right for them. Zmarta is part of Bauer Media Group, and the position is based at Zmartas office in Ängelholm.

Our portfolio stretches over 25 businesses in 7 different markets and performance marketing is one of our key marketing areas. We are looking for a performance marketing manager who can build and execute a portfolio strategy.  

You will have the responsibility of professionalising our performance marketing and make it more effective. To do so you must identify proven winners and new innovative opportunities and scale them across markets. You will also have the responsibility of setting up a group performance dashboard that compares markets so budget can be allocated accordingly.

You must have both an analytical mindset and project management experience as this will be important in prioritizing, planning and rolling out the new performance marketing strategy. The success of the roll-out will depend on your ability to work together with several stakeholders across markets and businesses. 

We expect you have expert knowledge and understanding of performance marketing kpi´s as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPO, CPA, CLTV and CAC. You must be able to give recommendations on these and find cross market opportunities that ties together the acquisition funnel. It will also be a strength if you have experience with growth hacking and working agile. Our current performance marketing stretches over Google, Facebook, retargeting and affiliate and you must have experience with all the channels.

You will report into the group CMO and work close together with local performance marketing managers who all are very experienced and have expert knowledge on their local market.

Prioritization and budget for 2021 is aligned and in place. Next step is to start executing while building the performance marketing strategy of tomorrow.


  • Education: Master in business administration, marketing, economy or other relevant degree
  • Experience: +7 years with performance marketing
  • Skills: Project management, stakeholder management, analytical mindset
  • Systems: Expert user of Google ads, Facebook business manager and skilled user of retargeting tools as Criteo and Google analytics
  • Language: Fluent in English
