CRM Migration & Activation Manager

The Role

We are looking for a result-oriented CRM activation specialist to join EasyPark and our newly established CRM Marketing team. EasyPark has a growth plan to grow both within existing markets but also through mergers and acquisitions. In this role you will own the communication plan for onboarding and activating new users from companies we have acquired. In order to deliver the most successful communication you will work closely with different stakeholders at EasyPark in a pragmatic manner, always being curious about how things could be tweaked and adapted. Through optimizing conversion and onboarding within this key project, you will play a vital role in ongoing and upcoming mergers and acquisitions.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Owning the migration communication plan
  • Optimizing the copy and the communication flow in order to maximize conversion and decrease negative customer contacts
  • Coordinating between project leaders and different teams such as the app development team, the migration team, the product owners and customer care etc
  • Working to transition from a manual and decentralized communication flow to an automated and centralized flow in our new customer engagement tool Braze
  • Tracking return on investment of acquiring new users (SMS)
  • Collaborating with our marketing managers to make sure the onboarding of new users is successful (for example app store optimization, OOH campaign timing, other non-migration related CRM campaigns etc.)
  • Conducting research such as surveys and interviews to understand the users better before creating the copy and deciding the communication flow

About you

You are motivated by working towards set goals, plan and execute on that to reach results. It comes natural to you to use your problem solving and analytical skills to draw conclusions based on data and suggest changes accordingly. You are a curious learner with the courage to try out new ideas and take initiatives and see opportunities to improve. You thrive when you get to work together in a team and collaborate on projects and tasks together with people from different parts of the organization. You are passionate about technology and have a natural way of communicating about it and bringing people onboard to reach common ground.

Your background

We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate probably have the following:

  • At least 5 years of experience from consumer and user facing CRM marketing.
  • You have been working closely with a development team in a tech company
  • Proven track record from a previous strategic role where you have worked on building up customer journeys for a successful migration.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrable results in managing cross-functional strategic projects
  • Know how to use a marketing automation or customer engagement tool, such as Braze or similar
  • Experience in A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding and campaign results
  • Comfortable working in excel
  • University degree within business, engineering or similar
