We are looking for an organic growth manager who can execute our organic strategy across our portfolio of 26 businesses in 7 different markets. It will be your goal to grow our organic traffic share. Together with the Group CMO you will have the responsibility of scoping, phasing, and rolling out our strategy. You should identify opportunities and best practices and through growth hacking and hypothesis testing determine when and where to scale. You will be the driving force in prioritizing and executing our ideas.
You must be an experienced organic growth manager and preferably you have worked with OKRs and squads and perhaps as part of a portfolio of digital businesses or markets where you tried prioritizing and best practice sharing.
Analytical work and prioritizations should be a natural asset for you as well as you have worked with growth hacking. You should possess structural skills that enable you to do top of the line project management as this will be pivotal in aligning external and internal stakeholders in multiple locations in different countries. You must have expert knowledge in technical, on-site and content SEO.
Our businesses are in very different stages of maturity both in terms of internal setup and competitive situation and therefor opportunities are vast. One of your success criteria will be to help us finding the right approach. The budget for 2021 is aligned and in place. Next step is to build the plan and start executing one of our top strategic priorities.
You will report into the Group CMO and work closely together with the Group technical team, data team and the local marketing teams.
Background & Experience:
- Education: Master in IT, communication or marketing
- Experience: +5 years with SEO and/or content marketing
- Skills: growth hacking, project management, stakeholder management and analytical mindset
- Google analytics: Skilled user of google analytics
- Language: Fluent in English
