Head of E-commerce & Marketing

A Day’s March is a Swedish clothing label founded in 2014 by Marcus Gårdö, Pelle Lundquist and Stefan Pagréus. They quit their daytime jobs to pursue something more meaningful. The name, A Day’s March, is an old military term - it's how far an army can move in one single day. It reflects our ambition to make clothes to help you get through the triumphs and troubles of everyday life.

As Head of E-commerce & Marketing you will be responsible for our fast growing global online business at adaysmarch.com. You will report directly to and work closely with the CEO and have a team of 8 people.

We are looking for a natural leader that are bringing an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset and sales driven approach to the job. You will lead a small and hungry team across multiple functions such as operations, marketing, CRM, customer service and content.

What you’ll do

  • Delivery of E-commerce results, budget and KPI’s
  • Identify new and innovative ways to drive traffic to our website as well as developing and improving traffic from existing channels
  • Improve and execute strategies with digital marketing, product, customer care and CRO to enhance the customer experience both pre- and post-purchase
  • Analyze key metrics and evaluate new opportunities and strategy on localized markets
  • Act as the point of contact between A Day’s March and our 3rd party e-commerce vendors that looks after website hosting and development, order fulfillment, logistics and other services
  • Work closely with the Production Team overseeing the in- and future season planning product needs, sell-through and availability
  • Manage E-Commerce product content, ensuring imagery is of the highest quality is in line with brand and site requirements and sales goals
  • Deliver effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Lead the work optimizing returns and fulfilment costs
  • Analyze customer data and develop relevant CRM initiatives together with the Marketing Team and develop initiatives to drive new customer acquisition at the lowest cost possible

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Minimum five years experience in e-commerce or digital
  • Strong Project Management skills with a track record of delivering projects and budget on target / growth
  • Experience leading a team
  • Analytical
  • Excellent understanding of IT, e-commerce tools and new e-commerce technologies
  • High performance orientation through self-motivation and agility
