Group X is a PE-owned Software & Services provider targeting the residential real estate market. Backed by a proprietary digital platform, the group has quickly established itself as a driver for innovation. The foundation was laid in 2018 through the acquisition of the digital platform (Nabo), followed by acquisitions of market leading property management players in Sweden (SBC) and UK (Rendall & Rittner). Since inception in 2018 through to 2021, the group has achieved continuous growth with 12x revenue growth while maintaining and increasing market leading profitability.

Now embarking on their next phase of growth, a new group will be formed under a name yet to become public. Their mission is to become the leading force within property management and residential services. The unique technology platform combined with market leading services will challenge and improve today’s standards on how value is created for property owners & residents. The group drives an ambitious growth journey where strategic M&A on global scale is central.

The position.

Your primary focus will be to shape and drive strategic projects (i.e., the ones that matter the most) from project formulation to implementation in organization. You will be working closely with the Group Executive Management team, as well as leadership teams in regional subsidiaries.

Once a project is initiated, you are ensuring progress of it. This includes involving relevant internal and external stakeholders, problem-solving with project team and conducting the necessary analyses. This requires great personal ownership from you, as well as provides an excellent opportunity to make tangible difference in a growing global organization. To help you succeed with this responsibility, we (a group of former top tier consultants forming the Strategy & Transformation unit) will empower you with coaching and tools to succeed in your role while growing your personal abilities. 

Who are you?

You work in a structured manner and have a great sense of the bigger picture. Being able to zoom in to understand the details and then zoom out to prioritize and structure is essential. Furthermore, constantly progressing to get things done will also be key.

You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and being the go-to-person is nothing new for you. Stakeholder management is a natural part of what you do and you are a true relation builder since having a close collaboration with the management team as well as the organization is part of your daily work.


  • Relevant academic education
  • 2-4 years relevant professional experience (from top-tier management consultancy)
  • Experience in leading complex and cross-functional projects
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation
  • Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in change management or have worked with organizations with rapid growth
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience in driving digital transformations is beneficial
