E-commerce plays a crucial role for the overall strategy execution covers the strategic priorities and is a highly prioritized area within Dometic. Therefore, we are building a strong global team of specialists who wants to be a part of an exciting journey. We are now looking for an E-commerce Marketing Automation Specialist to the E-commerce global team.

The Marketing Automation Specialist is a critical role for the E-commerce team. You are globally responsible for CRM & Marketing Automation. You grow and maintain the quality of our customer base and design and implement Marketing Automation flows together with our E-commerce Managers, Analyst and Channel Acquisition Specialist. You will make sure that we deliver exceptional experiences throughout our communication ecosystem. Your understanding of online businesses, CRM and marketing will help us drive growth, loyalty, and seamless digital experiences.

Overall responsibility

  • Globally responsible for our CRM – growing and maintaining the quality of our customer base.
  • Globally responsible for designing and implementing the Marketing Automation flows.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer activation, retention and loyalty.
  • Analyze and provide insights from the channel E-mail into our overall channel strategy.
  • Perform A/B tests to encourage continuous improvements.
  • Decide preferable segmentation within our customer stock.
  • Manage all aspects of CRM analytics and act as a superuser to spread competence within the team.
  • Set up and run campaigns in our different markets.

Experience and competencies

  • A degree in Digital Marketing, Business administration, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • + 3 years experience.
  • You have strong knowledge experience in operational CRM (digital customer acquisition, conversion management, channel management optimization and traffic analysis).
  • Good knowledge within CRM and Marketing Automation tools. Preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to identify, prioritizes and articulate the highest impact initiative.
