WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As Partnership Manager, your key responsibility is to drive growth to the market through strategic partnerships. With a creative mindset, you will do B2B sales and you are responsible for all collaborations with your partners, meaning maintaining a good relationship and optimizing the result of those. You will also be responsible for local market research and to some extent, local Norwegian marketing activities. The role involves many contact areas both internally and externally and you will be a part of the marketing department and report to the Global Partnership Manager. The position is based in Oslo/Stockholm. 

In this role, you will:

  • Do research
  • Contact potential partners
  • Develop existing partnerships
  • Follow up on agreed projects and activities
  • Plan campaigns and partnership activities
  • Create marketing materials together with Designer

This position is perfect for a creative and social seller who is good at building long-term relationships, but also generally is interested in marketing and business development.

WHO YOU ARE

  • We believe you have an education in, for example, economics, sales or digital marketing 
  • We believe you have at least 3-5 years of experience working within B2B sales
  • We believe you have great communication skills in Norwegian (mother tongue) and English as both languages are required in the daily work 
  • We will be extra curious if you have experience from leading a team or speaking multiple languages. 

As a person, you are driven, hard working and structured. You have no problem with working proactively and independently with targets and goals. Furthermore, you are a relationship builder who sees how your long-term partnerships are linked to the company’s brand.
