Account Executive to Whispr

About the role 

We are now looking for an Account Executive who will play a key role in expanding our presence in Europe by implementing the organization’s sales strategy, supporting the initiative of new customer acquisition, and meeting revenue growth objectives. We’re looking for someone who’ll thrive while turning intro meetings into a client! 

Some of your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Sales strategy: Market expansion involving pipeline building initiatives, identifying new segments and business prospects, and ideas on increasing sales as well as improving customer experience. 
  • Sales Tactics: Outreaches, pitching scripts and proposals, leading demos and offerings, segmenting customers, optimizing how best to work with the sales and marketing team.
  • The AE will have their own 1-2 SDRs to support drive new leads, a large portion of outbound will be generated from the SDRs, but when needed the AE will also drive their own outbound/cold-call activity to reach revenue goals and targeted weekly meetings.
  • Creating and selling deals: Own and hit sales targets by working the responses from leads, email campaigns, product demonstrations, and webinars.
  • Reporting: Determining forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts, monitor, and report on sales performance analytics, key result areas.

In addition, you’ll help build and enhance customer equity by identifying key decision-makers and influencers, while providing customer support when needed.

About you

You use your resilience and listening skills to truly understand client needs and know how the organizational skills come in handy when managing client projects. 

We believe that you:

  • Minimum 4-year experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Have experience with consultancy and/or SaaS companies
  • Experience within brand strategy, marketing and/or communications is preferred
  • Are fluent in English and preferably either Swedish or French
