In this position you will play a key role in both the continued service delivery development and the ongoing transformation journey. With your ability to manage your surroundings and communicate complex matters in an easy way you will help the function collaborate with not only the team but also the new development partner. You will be the owner of the backlog and the prioritization to make sure that the team keeps on contributing towards the overall roadmap.
Apart from cooperating close to key business stakeholders and CPO you will also be the owner of the related contact center services and play a significant role in moving away from legacy environments and applications. You will be collaborating in a team with deeply knowledgeable colleagues, fully motivated to find customer-oriented solutions in order to strengthen Swedbank’s position in the home markets.
The team itself consists of both back- and frontend developers, scrum master, business analyst, test lead and architects. It’s a fully dedicated and multicultural team of 25 working out of the head office in Sundbyberg.
