Stayhard is now looking for a new CMO who is passionate about executing digital marketing strategies and has a proven attitude for working within the e-commerce and digital performance and brand marketing arena.
The CMO will join as the expert in the management team for driving well working existing, but also new, full funnel marketing (primarily digital focused) initiatives, that will focus on translating digital upper funnel brand building initiatives into visitors and finally conversions and loyal customers, resulting in growing the business and developing and improving the marketing efficiency in upper, middle and lower funnel channels in all markets. In the role you will have the overall responsibility for setting the goals, budget, strategy, execution and follow up (KPIs) for all marketing channels that applies to Stayhard’s digital marketing investments. In other words, actively participating and leading both long term but also managing the day-to-day operative work in-house for the marketing- and e-commerce department, and also for all external relations/partners for these functions.
As CMO, you will be responsible for results, cost control, and development of the marketing channels. In addition, you are expected to find new ways, within the scope of the area, where the company can maximize its sales in relation to customer satisfaction, customer activation and best possible cost.
