Interim DPO & Quality Leader

For our client, a market leader within communications, information logistics and omni channel solutions, we are looking to engage an experienced interim manager to fill the position of DPO and Quality Leader, As Interim Data Protection Officer you will secure that the company is compliant with GDPR and that company decided standards and procedures are followed. In addition you will oversee that quality, environment, security, and sustainability policies and regulations are complied to.

This is an 8 months assignment, starting 1st of February.

Responsibilities:

·      Drive, lead, maintain and follow up GDPR work and framework

·      Awareness on GDPR obligations, acting as the first point of contact for questions related to GDPR and performing GDPR trainings

·      Single point of contact for the Country Data Protection Authority

·      Support Process Owners and Service Manager in register of personal data

·      Report quarterly to Management and Group DPO on the compliance status of the mandatory record of processing activities

·      Advise and consult on when a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) needs to be performed and how it should be performed

·      First contact point for the business for questions related to data processing agreements and GDPR related texts in terms and conditions for services

·      Management, escalation and reporting of personal data breaches in collaboration with PostNord Group DPO

·      Lead and follow up SBI work and framework

Competence requirements

·      Master Sc. degree in a relevant area and/or at least 8-10 years practical experience

·      8-10 years documented knowledge in working with Sustainability, Quality, Environmnet and/or Security

·      3-5 years documented knowledge in working with GDPR, Information Security

·      3-5 years documented knowledge in working with assessment of personal data/DPIA

·      Proven success in driving large and complex projects

·      Proven knowledge in implementing, develop and maintain laws, standards and procedures

·      Good knowledge in MS Office

·      Good knowledge in training and performing training

·      Fluent in English, both written and spoken

·      Independent, self-starting with structured working approach, and a high integrity

·      Used to take responsibility with an ability to work both in teams and independent

Knowledge or experience of ISO 27001 is advantageous
