We are looking for a Digital Sales Lead to join our Nordic B2B Digital Sales unit. You will be a part of a high performing team, responsible for optimizing the external and internal marketing and sales funnels to ensure growing digital business with an excellent customer experience.

About this opportunity

The Digital Sales Unit functions in an agile environment with an aim to experiment and grow together – this is where we need your ideas and unique background.

You will be part of a Nordic organization, working closely together with marketing, sales and data teams globally as well as with your local stakeholders in Sweden. In order to succeed, you will have access to global support functions in addition to your local partners.

You will play an active part in implementing new sales and marketing tools, building up the way of working in the team as well as creating a great working culture and environment together with your colleagues.

Your main responsibilities are

  • Leading the end-to-end digital sales execution in Business Banking Sweden.
  • Actively working together with your colleagues in the Nordic Digital Sales unit, global teams, the local management and business development teams.
  • Leading the Swedish team to drive sales conversion, create relevant and engaging content and improve digital experiences in all channels such as, authenticated mobile- and netbank and newsletters.
  • Expanding and deepen our personalized internal and external marketing efforts, aiming to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Setting up local digital sales priorities with a transparent execution plan from an omni-channel perspective.
  • Ensuring that the team make optimized use of the marketing budget as well as reaching the set targets with for your area of responsibility with excellent customer satisfaction.
  • As part of the nordic team drive the digital sales development agenda for Nordea.

You can be based in Stockholm or Göteborg and some travel will be required. You will report to Nordic Head of Digital sales in Business Banking, Antti Johansson.

Being a strong communicator is something you can relate to, as you will have responsibility for cooperating with many different stakeholders and actively communicate to create a common understanding where we are heading.

In addition:

  • You hold a successful track record in omni-channel digital sales and marketing.
  • You have strong analytical skills and an understanding of e-commerce KPIs, customer journeys, usability, and conversion optimization across multiple channels.
  • You are a data-driven, sales and customer experience oriented person.
  • Previous digital sales leadership experience and using tools like CMS system SDL Tridion, Google tools and Adobe Experience & Marketing tools is an advantage.
  • You have a Master degree in business, marketing or related field. Equivalent years of working experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • You are fluent in English and Swedish.
