The Role

The purpose of this role is to oversee the management of the marketing strategy of Viatris portfolio for several Rx brands. The major responsibilities will include to ensure sustainable and profitable short and long-term results through the development and execution of strategies and tactics for the brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the set-up of local strategies, tactics and actions for the relative Rx brands within the therapeutic areas, including creation, execution and follow-up of brand plans and KPI.
  • Responsible for monthly, annual and long-term forecasts, also including handling of OOS.
  • Support EMEA/Global with market data and analyses.
  • Analyzing quantitative and qualitative market data/research and suggest necessary changes to meet market demand.
  • Track and control marketing spending, align with budget and forecast.
  • Create marketing material and initiate/drive marketing/sales related activities such as ad-boards, collaboration with patient associations, awareness programs and digital initiatives.
  • Continuously update on competitor business intelligence and business acumen.
  • Responsible for creation of material to sales force.
  • Ensure that all relevant material such as artwork, homepages and information material is up to date and in line with current legislation and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in relevant area
  • A minimum of 5 years marketing experience within Rx 
  • Preferable also sales experience within pharma/Rx
  • LIF and IMA certification
  • Technical: Excel, Power Point
  • Language: English – excellent written and oral communication skills
