Strategic Account Manager

Sileon is a technology company rooted in Stockholm, Sweden with appox 50 employees. We work in modern premises at the historical Münchenbryggeriet located in Södermalm, Stockholm. Sileon offer fast to market, world-class SaaS based Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) capabilities to banks, lenders and large merchants. We enable our customers to run their BNPL in-house and scale their business.We recently changed name from Paynova and we are an approved payment institution by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, and are listed on NGM since February 2004. Sileon has a 20-year record of developing payment solutions, and our focus is now turned to equipping our customers with in-house BNPL capabilities. As BNPL grows globally, we create and develop modern solutions to keep up with the demands of the end users. Our solution is SaaS based, scalable and based on cloud technology.

If you are experienced in solution sales and have what it takes to commit and engage yourself in building a company within the internationally booming BNPL (Buy Now Pay later) industry, day by day and project by project, then the role as Strategic Account Manager at Sileon is the job for you.

Job description

Sileon is looking for a talent with the right potential and mindset to, through solution sales, help grow the business towards its ambitious targets. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for new sales and international partnerships. In the role you will work closely with CSO CMO and our Partner Visa

Your main responsibilities include:

  • New Sales on the European market, mainly but also globally, of potential clients. Targets are Banks, fintechs and lenders that need a fast and powerful BNPL SaaS platform
  • Build and maintain close business relationship and cooperation with partner-companies, such as Visa
  • Contributing with expert-knowledge regarding Sileon and pay-later solutions
  • Fully investing yourself in the company and sharing your passion to ours in order to build a company
  • Raising your voice and sharing your point of view
  • Contributing to our culture and help build a fun and winning atmosphere in the company

Your profile:

A few years’ experience from Account Management or Sales of tech solutions, with more complex sales processes

  • Strong sales, customer service and negotiation handling
  • High business acumen and analytic skills
  • Natural drive for strategic planning, project management, as well as tactical execution
  • Excellent oral and written communication, with the capability of delivering effective executive presentations and negotiate deals
  • Masters Degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken alike

Experience from selling technical solutions to clients is highly meriting for this role, as well as experience from selling payment or bank solutions.

As a person you are a natural networker with executive maturity well beyond your tenure. Ability to develop strong relationships at multiple management levels. You have high ambitions and the ability to work independently with a personal drive. You also value teamwork and friendliness as they are important parts of Sileons core values
