Role Overview

As Head of People at Stravito you will have a key role within the organisation and you will be establishing a common standard and ensuring a functional and pleasurable set up for all our employees across different locations. You will work closely with all our teams and your work will span from handling employment agreements, processing visa applications, keeping an overview of staff data, facilitate management training and support teams with general recruitment support. You will furthermore support our remote first reality by creating great offsites and retreats for all teams.

You will report to our CEO and the position will be based in Stockholm.


You will be owning and leading the day-to-day work associated with e.g.,

  • Establishing a common standard and ensuring a pleasurable remote first set up for all employees
  • Project manage in-person gatherings across our Hubs (Stockholm, Amsterdam, London, Malmö/Copenhagen, and North America).
  • Support and run additional social activities online
  • Onboarding and offboarding, e.g., handling of employment agreements and creating and sharing material to new hires
  • Handling work visa for new hires and ensuring compliance to rules for work visas for existing employees
  • Set up and maintain overview of key staff data such as trials, deadlines, salary cliffs, warrants, notice periods etc.
  • Facilitate management training
  • Compensation & Benefits support – e.g., providing salary data and market data on comp and benefits for various locations
  • Provide guidelines for recruitment process hygiene to ensure a good experience for all applicants
  • Project manage in-person gatherings across our Hubs


  • We believe you have worked 4-6 years
  • You speak and write in English and preferably understand Swedish
  • You have some experience from a people/HR environment
