Sales Manager

For 25 years, Net Insight has offered market leading solutions for media production and streaming of major live events worldwide. The company is growing and is now launching a new business solution within Network Synchronization that will secure the mobile networks by minimizing the risk of synchronization disruptions among mobile operators in a global market. Net insight started its operations in 1997 and was listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Stock exchange in 1999. Today, the company has over 150 employees and operates in a global market focusing on Broadcast and Telekom. The head office is located in Solna Business Park in Stockholm.

Net Insight Synchronization is now looking for a sales manager responsible for building relationships and creating business opportunities with mobile operators on a global market. You will work with market leading solutions with high customer demand. As the answers are complex, it is advantageous to have some technical understanding of telecom and some years’ experience in running complex sales processes in the telecom industry.

Synchronization is a new business area within Net Insight with a high-priority focus. As Sales Manager within Synchronization, you will be responsible for providing crucial new customer relationships in a business area with great potential and high demand. You will be part of a professional and competent team that will take Net Insight on a growth journey with a solution that will maximize the potential of 5G.



  • Extensive experience in sales to mobile operators in an international market
  • Putting together delivery teams to match the customers demands
  • Experience in relation building and negotiating on C-level
  • Experience of working at a small or medium-sized company is an advantage.


We are looking for a person that is:

  • Sales driven and communicative person with a high level of ambition and grit
  • Curious, solution oriented, business minded, and energetic
  • Have the ability to run several projects in parallel toward different customer requirements
  • Relationship building and confidence building as “trusted advisors”


You must have excellent knowledge in English, both writing and speaking.
