Verified is looking for a B2B marketing professional who wants to build our new marketing team and way of working. The Nordics will be your starting point but we are already starting to get traction in other markets.

Continuing scaling the company, we are now scaling up our marketing capabilities inside the company. As the Nordic Digital Marketing Manager you will be the driver in building our new marketing team, foundation and infrastructure.

We believe close collaboration between sales and marketing are key. In your role you will report to our Chief Revenue Officer and at the same time work closely with the Global CEO of Verified for more strategic topics.

Responsibilities

The Nordic Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth, mainly for the development and management of broad-based B2B marketing programs, implementation and the optimization of their results. In this role you will manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness, manage lead generation, web site development and content curation/creation, and sales collateral.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy (e.g outbound, inbound, ABM etc)
  • Proactively engage with sales teams
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors that contribute to the implementation of the marketing strategy
  • Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
  • Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and industry basis using various channels including digital, events, and social media
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
  • Managing the marketing department’s staff (first step is hiring the right resources)

Qualifications

  • Appropriate degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a relevant marketing position – from development and execution of campaign strategies, planning, campaign flows, media and budget management
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to engage key stakeholders
  • Experience with martech tools
  • Excellent communicator, written and verbal
  • Proactive personality with a strong drive and sense of accountability
  • You may not possess every requirement of the role, but you have the motivation to learn and develop. In this role you will lay the foundation to become the CMO in any B2B tech company

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing, the Technology industry and Cloud service providers
  • Experience operating and collaborating in a fast-paced organization
  • Local market knowledge and experience
  • Fluency in Swedish and/or Norwegian language. Other Nordic languages are a plus
  • Professional level English language skills
  • Experience with regulated industries and SaaS business models a strong plus
