Every operation has relations with a diversity of business partners in their local market. Business partners typically include publishing resellers, standardization initiatives for the local eco-system and educational digital solutions providers.

Many business opportunities arise from these relations and they are of a wide variety:

  • Fulfillment of digital orders in case of reselling
  • Common exchange mechanisms for things like products catalogues, school-structures and teacher connections
  • Provision of and links to content for educational digital solutions
  • Exchange of learning results

The things all these opportunities have in common can be summarized as:

  • There is a local business need driving them
  • Each one of them need a strategic decision, mostly local but sometimes at Inifinitas Learnings central level, on how to approach
  • Each one of them results in some form of technical automated integration between our systems and our partner’s ones
  • As Infinitas Learning is centralizing their business systems and is expanding the number of operating companies, the “Platform Services Team” will need to focus on executing on integrations

Job description.

In this role you are responsible for developing and maintaining the relations with partners in the eco system, participate in initiatives, follow up on new trends or any other eco system activity that may present risks or opportunities for the local business.

  • You identify and summarize opportunities and threats to local management and execute upon them in accordance with their guidance
  • You are conceptually involved in determining the level and details of integrations whilst pointing out the Pro’s and Con’s of different scenarios to the local business people and management
  • You bring on any tasks deemed necessary by the local management to the Infinitas Learnings Platform Services team (via the dedicated Partner Lead) who on their turn, will see if, how and when they can act upon
  • If technical details need clarification of further specifications, you will be the liaison person between the platform services team and the local partner. Similar wise for currently existing integrations
  • You report progress on the different integrations back into the local management team

Required skills.

  • Strong affinity with B2B scenario’s, ideally in a publishing and/or educational setting
  • A sound feeling for strategic impact in collaboration scenarios
  • Confirmed experience in negotiating in a consensus driven environment as some times our partners are also our competitors. A feeling for sensitive situations
  • Basic understanding of (digital) systems integrations across different actors. You know about APIs or other data exchange mechanisms, their pro’s and con’s. You don’t have to develop them but you do need to understand about them
  • Capable of understanding basic data modelling, identifying entities to be exchanged and the required relations between them. Here also, you need to understand them, not create them
  • A minumum 3 year experience from a similar role, preferably working with digital learning platforms in an international environement
  • You have strong ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English
