Senior Specialist Digital Marketing

INGO is now looking for a talented and customer focused Senior Specialist Digital Marketing. You will have a key position within INGOs marketing team and in close cooperation with Marketing Manager, contribute to set and achieve the overall marketing strategy and business goals within the Swedish and Danish Market.

You will be responsible for building a strong online presence across digital channels, developing customer journeys within the digital space and contribute with customer insights to the business. You will develop and execute digital marketing plans supporting the INGO brand and to improve customer experience.

To succeed in this role, it requires excellent analytical skills together with an operational and strategic mindset. You will need both strategic and operational experience within the digital marketing space as well as a deep understanding of how to create value in the customer journey across digital channels.

In this position you will report to Director Fuel & Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns together with marketing manager and other stakeholders.
  • Develop, build and maintain a strong online presence across digital channels.
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and optimize spend and performance based on insights.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with advertising and media agencies and other vendors to improve marketing results.
  • Perform market analysis to provide insights and recommendations for the customer perspective in marketing decisions.
  • Identify value creation opportunities.
  • Support and lead projects within the fuel and marketing business.
  • Perform operational tasks for owned, earned and paid digital channels.

Previous Experience

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing and advertising, eg SEO, SEM, shopping, price comparison, affiliate and other digital business models.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong knowledge of business visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Higher relevant education (Business Administration, Marketing / Economics and/or Technologies).
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
