We are looking for a Solution Manager to join us! You are a team player with a “can do” attitude and great communication skills who evolves in a fast paced environment.
As our Solution Manager you will play an important role in our customer journey, from implementing and supporting customer solutions and following the journey from first contact to fully operational. You will become an expert on some of our most important products, helping our customers find the best solution. You will be continuously responsible for a few clients and will work with Verified’s largest and most technical complex clients.
You will focus on coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Such as developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
You will manage the relationship with customers and stakeholders using your skills within communication and building relationships! You’ll put their minds at ease by guiding them through a complex process, providing timely information, and keeping all the moving parts running smoothly.
● Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
● Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
● Develop a project plan to track progress
● Support sales in meetings with our customers to find the appropriate solution
● Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
● Be the go to person for key products and services
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish or Norwegian
● Your experience in solution management and/or as product specialist within tech
● Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience with SaaS development and web technologies
● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
● Your tech savvy personality with a sales-focus
