Growth Marketing Manager

This is a new role who will add more superhero skills to our recently formed marketing team of two, which means you will have a significant influence on the team as well as the company’s success. You will, with true passion and ownership, ensure that we are present in relevant paid digital channels, which includes testing and reviewing new channels.

The skills to succeed:

  • Deep knowledge of the Hubspot environment, including marketing automation and CRM automation
  • Proven track record of running and optimizing successful paid social campaigns (Meta and Linkedin)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to process, draw conclusions and present the insights
  • SEM knowledge to manage agency relationship


  • Drive growth initiatives in order to generate inbound and outbound sales
  • Ownership of CRM (Hubspot) from a technical standpoint with a commercial mindset
  • In collaboration with sales leadership, design, document and maintain the sales process
  • Improve lead lifecycle including lead scoring and nurture streams
  • Reporting and tracking of KPI:s
  • Paid social campaign creation and optimization including budget prioritization
