About the department
Our Group Product Management organization has responsibility to understand our customers, to design and realize our product portfolio internally and externally. Our mission is to create a profound understanding of our customer’s businesses and requirements, while scaling our core platform of Smart Data into profitable products.
We are looking for a candidate who are passionate about the possibilities of Smart Data and want to be a part of shaping today’s most exciting industry. As a Product Manager you will be a key resource within the Group Product Management Risk & Credit organization, to enable us to raise our competitive position on the local market as well with a global focus.
Key areas of responsibility
Your key area of responsibility as a Product Manager will be within the financial sector as well with the selective number of international customers within Risk & Credit. In the role you will need to possess a deep interest and expertize approach to understand and coach customers and colleagues in the areas of Risk & Credit and compliance in qualitative solutions. To do this, you need to understand your customers and their requirements and challenges, while enhancing a collaborative and inclusive attitude and approach internally.
•Manage and create value for international customers and customers within the financial sector in the area of data quality solutions
•Manage the product lifecycle as a Product Manager, including cross-border product strategy and product planning, through the full commercial offering-package
•Be an active communicator and collaborative stakeholder with Bisnode internal Sales and Marketing organizations, as well as with the Development Teams
•Active contributor in projects, assuming roles such as project management, expert and requirements analysis. Data related projects concerning new development, maintenance, product and customer specific issues.
• Business and Monetization – Identify market opportunities, revenue potential and market entry sequence, including growth goals and plans for your products/services/packages as well as track sales and revenue performance.
• Go-to Market – Implement and manage the local go-to-market process as well as oversee pricing strategy in collaboration with other Bisnode markets. Proactive product segmentation and market positioning.
Your personal qualities are paramount to be successful in this role. To us the right person, with the right attitude, is the most important. We like you to possess a high level of personal ownership, able to manage high pace in a dynamic environment while you leverage yourself in collaborative activities cross Bisnode.
•Relevant university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, computer science or equivalent
•At least 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role or in a product management role, with an understanding of Financial Services industry – risk & credit experience is preferred.
•Experience from an international organization, preferably in a fast pace environment working with major customers.
•Profound understanding of the customer – to be able to articulate customer needs and transform these into customer value offerings.
•Insight and understanding of Compliance solutions is desired, i.e. AML, KYC, data and analytics as well as within the area of Risk & Credit and data-driven marketing
•Experience in managing assignments and deadlines, while handling budgeting, pricing and packaging as a product manager.
•To be relevant both internally and externally, you need to balance your commercial approach with a good technical understanding
•Enhancer in collaborative and aligning key stakeholders internally, to be able to scale and drive a thoughtful business agenda
•Excellent communication skills, both in writing and orally, in Swedish and English.
