The Digital Claims team have an important mission to help our customers when they have a claim or accident. This role gives you the opportunity to become a key person in the Swedish Claims Organization’s Management team. This is a new position where you are expected to establish new capabilities and you will be able to influence the content and scope of the role depending on your strengths and motivation.
The vast majority of our claims related customer journeys have both digital and non digital touch points. As Digital Claims Manager, you are responsible for improving the digital touch points and ensuring a consistent and seemless customer experience across channels. Your main responsibilities are to:
