Digital Claims Manager

The Digital Claims team have an important mission to help our customers when they have a claim or accident. This role gives you the opportunity to become a key person in the Swedish Claims Organization’s Management team. This is a new position where you are expected to establish new capabilities and you will be able to influence the content and scope of the role depending on your strengths and motivation.

Main responsibilities.

The vast majority of our claims related customer journeys have both digital and non digital touch points. As Digital Claims Manager, you are responsible for improving the digital touch points and ensuring a consistent and seemless customer experience across channels. Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Lead the content and traffic analysis work
  • Work actively with the online content and services to reduce pain points and ensure smooth customer journeys across channels
  • Improve and increase the usage of our online services in close cooperation with our Nordic development unit
  • Recruit and manage a small team with online experts such as web masters / content managers
  • Give input to the Nordic prioritization process of development resources
  • Secure a data driven approach to customer journey optimization in collaboration with our analysts 
  • Develop if.se in collaboration with our Digital Sales & Service unit and specifically make sure that the site supports customers with claims

Qualifications and personal traits.

You have strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and inspire others. You have a great interest of digitalization & online, you have a customer-oriented mindset and have strong analytical skills.

  • Academic degree
  • 3+ years of experience working with online, e.g. e-commerce, digital services, content development
  • Experience as a leader is a plus, but not a must
  • Experience from designing and implementing online solutions, UX and conversion optimization is a plus
  • You challenge the traditional way of doing things in a way that ignites energy and commitment in people around you
  • You are excellent at building good and long-lasting relationships and networks
  • You are able to switch between being strategic and having hands on in daily life
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken in both Swedish and English.

This position is located at Bergshamra. Some travelling in the Nordic countries is required.
