Head of Mobile

The Function

The Digital Function was established in 2016 to drive the digital transformation journey in EnterCard. Digital in Entercard holds a central role in all digital touchpoints, and is as such generating value for the business by accelerating execution, and improving customer experience. The function is instrumental in the strategy development and is closely interacting and collaborating with all functions and core processes in the customer journey. The function consists of passionate and competent colleagues from multiple nationalities, and covers the following departments: Mobile department, Lean office, Application services and Business capabilities, and New Sales and M&A department.

The Position

As Head of Mobile you will lead the Mobile Development team (both in-house and out-sourced resources) and you will be responsible for delivering excellent solutions for customer experience and to ensure digital innovation for EnterCard´s apps and net banks. You will be part of the Digital function management team and report to the CDO of EnterCard.
 
This position is expected to contribute in the following ways:
Develop product roadmaps and perform ongoing assessment to ensure relevance, and communicate this within the Digital function and other relevant stakeholders (e.g. IT, Commercial, Credit risk etc.)
Drive the strategic direction of EnterCard’s products & services taking into account emerging technologies. Ability to secure great workflow with development teams, business partners, technical leaders and architects. Secure frequent app releases with relevant functions anchored in a business or customer need.

The Team

The Mobile department is a new department being established in the Digital Function. The department will be responsible for our apps and net banks and is established to improve workflows to gain efficiency and quality, and to secure great user experience.
Now we are looking for a Head of Mobile (app’s and net banks) to build and lead this new department.

We believe you:

·     Have a highly numerate and literate mind-set with the ability to produce top quality specifications and strategy communication.

·     Have a proven experience from leadership and people management skills – ability to deliver strategic objectives.

·     Are proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.

·     Have a proven track record from delivering new solutions based on modern design principles and agile methodology.

·     Are passionate about App-development from a customer perspective.

·     Have technical know-how and experience with software development.

·     Have a master’s degree in business management or equivalent.
