Business Manager SME

Fortum Consumer Solutions are looking for the right candidate to lead the Small and Medium Enterprise business in Sweden. You will have a central role in our organization and be part of the Enterprise Sweden’s management team reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Sweden. In this position you will solve both short and long term operational and strategic challenges for our Swedish operations. In close collaboration with business functions and support organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by improving existing and developing new Sales strategies. The position provides great development opportunities and the chance to be involved and influence the company’s decisions in close collaboration with other key personal in the Nordics and Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall strategy for the Small and Medium Enterprise Business in Sweden including profit and loss responsibility
  • Drive the business towards agreed short and long term KPIs and targets, analyze outcomes and take needed actions to achieve the targets.
  • Focus on sales & marketing and customer centricity initiatives to drive our strategy forward improving our Price value, Offering, Competitive differentiation and Customer satisfaction.
  • Through leadership support, develop, improve and motivate the inhouse Sales Managers and contribute to a winning sales culture.
  • Update, refine and develop our sales channels, partners and growth strategies and analyze potential business impact for different development initiatives and prioritize work accordingly. 
  • Achieve world-class execution by defining, prioritizing and executing initiatives driven by agile, cross-functional teams in ways that optimize value, efficiency, speed, and profitability.

Professional Qualifications

  • Several years of experience from B2B business (preferably in finance, insurance, telecom or the energy sector) or experience from management consultancy (preferably in subscription type of services), with an track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Several years of operational and strategic experience from sales and sales channel management within B2B.
  • Experience with dealing with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Experience from customer loyalty and customer satisfaction projects.
  • University degree and/or a MBA or other applicable degree is also a merit.
