As Business Manager Customer Portal and Systems, you get an important role in the digital development within GlobalConnect. The role works towards the overall goals that aim to improve the customer experience related to systems and portal in GlobalConnect and to facilitate and develop the company’s services online. You will have overall responsibility to collect and prioritize the demands from the business and drive towards IT development and be an active part in contributing to the company’s portal and IT roadmap. You work actively for a better customer experience and increased efficiency by increasing customers’ use of the customer portal.
