As Business Manager Customer Portal and Systems, you get an important role in the digital development within GlobalConnect. The role works towards the overall goals that aim to improve the customer experience related to systems and portal in GlobalConnect and to facilitate and develop the company’s services online. You will have overall responsibility to collect and prioritize the demands from the business and drive towards IT development and be an active part in contributing to the company’s portal and IT roadmap. You work actively for a better customer experience and increased efficiency by increasing customers’ use of the customer portal.

Main areas of responsibility

  • Collect, coordinate and prioritize the requirements from customers and from our own operations.
  • Be the link between business and operations and supporting units such as IT and Digital Solutions.
  • Business project leadership to bring new functions and way of working into the organization, as well as evaluate its effectiveness.
  • Create internal and external supporting material such as presentations and handbooks.
  • Plan and carry out training and presentations.

Experience and competencies

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or IT-Project Leader.
  • Academic education.
  • Experience in IT requirements and the sales / order / delivery / support process in a service company.
  • Experience of process design in B2B.
  • Good knowledge of speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
  • Good knowledge of Office programs, especially Power Point.
