3. Close Dialogue

4. Assessment

The most relevant candidates are interviewed with a focus on behavior and personal assessment. You can choose whether we conduct the in-depth interview or schedule them directly with you. The search continues until the right candidate is found.

5. Closure

The assignment is carried out as agreed and can be extended if needed.
