Process Executive Search

1. Assignment Specification

We initiate every assignment by jointly developing a clear and carefully structured role specification. This defines the role’s mandate, and responsibilities, as well as the required competencies and personal attributes. We use our competency and behavioral profile to ensure a shared and aligned understanding of the requirements.

2. Search and Mapping

Based on the role profile, we map the market to identify the most suitable candidates. We combine our established network with a targeted search tailored to your assignment. In an initial phone interview, we present you as an employer, explain the role, and make a preliminary selection based on the candidate’s experience and motivation.

3. Workshop

Midway through the process, we hold a workshop with you to review the direction. We clarify profile focus areas, confirm that we are on the right track, and identify any necessary adjustments. This is also an opportunity for us to suggest alternative profiles and deepen our understanding of your needs.

4. Assessment

The most relevant candidates are invited to an in-depth interview with us. We use a competency-based methodology to evaluate skills, personality, motivations, and cultural fit. This provides a clear and nuanced picture to inform the next steps.

5. Presentation

We present at least three carefully selected candidates who match the role profile and recommend which ones you should meet for further evaluation. We take responsibility for scheduling the interviews and maintain ongoing communication with the candidates to ensure their engagement.

6. Verification

For the final candidate, we always conduct 2–3 reference checks to confirm the insights gathered during the process. If needed, we can also administer assessments, with our consultants certified in tools such as Assessio, Hogan, and Cut-e.

7. Closure

We support you during negotiation and contract signing, and provide feedback to all candidates we’ve engaged with during the process. After three months, we conduct a follow-up with both parties to ensure that expectations are being met.
